Dr.Pulley round rolls RR20x17, 6pc. ,8 gram
replace the equally large and equally heavy original round rolls or from any other manufacturer.

They are made of extremely slippery, self-lubricating polymer
nylon subject to very tight tolerances for size and weight. Wear measurements have shown up to 15x longer life than the original rolls or from other manufacturers.

In contrast to the angular Dr.Pulley rolls, which you should choose 10-15% lighter than the original rolls, round rolls Dr.Pulley can be used in the same weight. In this case remain acceleration and top speed (Vmax) were approximately equal. The improved sliding properties, however, the acceleration is harmonious and consistent.

When choosing a lower weight compared to the original rolls, the acceleration is stronger. But a higher weight reduction will reduce the Vmax. (The angular Dr.Pulley SR rolls do
not decrease the Vmax - despite less weight up to 15%!)

Please check which size and weight is fitting to your scooter/quad/ATV by measuring your original rolls. We provide a list with many scooters and Quads, but you should compare it with your own vehicle to order the correct ones.

You can safely use Dr.Pulley rolls in all  original variators, and also variators made by other manufacturers like Malossi, Polini, etc.

Important: You should always replace the sliding pieces at the same time together with the roller weights. The Dr.Pulley vario rolls are very durable, so you should use the equally durable Dr.Pullery sliding pieces, too. Worn sliders affect the proper function of the Vario!

For optimum power transfer of engine power to the drive wheel ensures the Dr.Pulley HIT clutch. Shorter sliding phase, less heat, less power loss. Significantly better acceleration due to individually adjustable springs.
