Dr.Pulley Tuning Sport Vario V301802
For Suzuki Burgman 400 from K7
Why should I prefer a sport or tuning Vario? Already with the original Vario and the use of Dr.Pulley SR rolls and SP sliders obtained an enormous performance improvement that come close to the values of a tuning Vario.
The stock vario from AN400 has a curved cam plate. This is bad in combination with sliding rolls. Strong wear and abrasing of the rolls can happen. The V301802 has much better cam plate and an improved shape of the ramps for better acceleration and top speed.
It makes sense the replacement by a sport or tuning Vario when the originals for example, needs to be replaced anyway. Whether it is because the riser discs have grooves or ramps (the "racetracks" of rolls) are worn. When the boss is showing marks or traces of rust, a new Vario is announced. But there are also reasons to replace a new original Vario: Because the original Vario example fails to press the belt to the edge of the Vario and thus given away valuable adjustment.
The Dr.Pulley Varios are made from very high quality. Perfectly adapted to the Dr.Pulley sliding rolls ramp profiles and counter-pressure plate for an optimized acceleration profile. The edges and ramps are more smoothed, reduces the overall weight.
High quality Dr.Pulley sliding pieces are already included.
